All of our pieces are made to order with care and intention. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages or Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at us@thesumedit.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
